Reviews and Ratings
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall, with its clean and appealing rooms, but I found the moldy smell a bit off-putting. The location was perfect for my needs, especially with a good view of the Chemung River, though the immediate surroundings didn't seem as great due to a nearby low-income housing project.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, but the noise levels were quite disturbing at times. The service, though, was superbly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. The location was convenient for my needs, although the immediate surroundings of the hotel were not very impressive. The dining options were satisfactory, but on the pricier side. However, the facilities provided by the hotel were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location along the Chemung River offers a great view, convenient access to nearby attractions like Elmira, NY, and Pine City. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, though a slight musty smell was present. The surroundings near the hotel were not as impressive, but the view facing the river was lovely. Despite not having continental breakfast, dining options were available. A positive aspect was being directed to the Clemens Center. Value for money was reasonable overall.
